Welcome to Malaysian Health and Adolescents Longitudinal Research Study or better known as MyHeARTs’s website. Here, you may find yourselves immerse in abundance of novice facts on Malaysian adolescents health status. Briefly, this study is the first of its kind among adolescents in Malaysia and will result in information upon which effective intervention strategies can be designed to prevent chronic non-communicable diseases in the future. Thus, this website could be a great a resource for those who are interested in conducting a similar longitudinal study in adolescents’ health. These may potentially help researchers to plan and conduct appropriate intervention that may give an impact towards the improvement of adolescents’ health status and consequently for their adulthood.
