OBJECTIVE
The objectives of the study are:
- To identify the trends of prevalence of non-communicable diseases’ risk factors among adolescents in Peninsular Malaysia
- To determine how lifestyle factors (e.g. diet and eating habits, physical activity including leisure activities, substance use) in early adolescence influence the development of chronic non-communicable disease in early adulthood
- To examine the psychological and social process that shape the high risk behaviors pathways of young adulthood
